Description

Waterproofing, visibility, and ride-ready comfort — the B100 Rain Jacket ticks all the essentials. Made from hi-viz PU-laminated fabric rated for 5000mm water column pressure, it keeps you dry and visible. Pre-curved arms, a drop tail, and rear exhaust vents enhance comfort in riding posture, while the YKK Aquaguard zipper and hood with dual EBC cinching help minimize water ingress. Subtle refinements based on real-world use further improve fit and long-term performance.

Pre-curved arms for snug fit over jackets.

Drop-tail design for rear coverage in riding posture.

Hi-viz PU-laminated polyester rated for 5000mm water column.

Material –Made from PU-laminated polyester, the B100 Rain Jacket is lightweight, durable, and rated for 5000mm water resistance. The fluorescent green shell adds visibility while staying compact enough to stash when not in use.

Protection – The YKK Aquaguard zipper is backed by an internal storm flap to seal out rain, while elasticated cuffs and a drop-tail design offer better coverage in the riding position.

Comfort & Fit – With pre-curved sleeves and a relaxed cut, the B100 is designed to layer easily over your riding jacket. The shorter front avoids bunching, keeping things streamlined and dry on the move

Visibility – Reflective prints on the chest, shoulders, and back improve visibility in low light without being overly flashy in daylight.

Ventilation – Rear exhaust vents help release body heat and manage condensation buildup, making it more comfortable to wear over long, humid rides.

How to Measure – Step 1: Decide how you plan to use the jacket – over riding gear or everyday clothes.
Step 2: Throw on what you’ll wear underneath and grab a flexible measuring tape.
Step 3: Measure around the widest part of your chest and high hip, keeping the tape snug and level.
Step 4: Match your numbers to our size chart. If you’re wearing it over riding gear, measure with the gear on for best results.

Wash , care & Storage – 1. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and lukewarm water – do not use hot water.
2. Avoid contact with solvents, fuel, fabric softeners, or alcohol-based cleaning agents.
3. Always dry on a hanger in a ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
4. Ensure the jacket is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew or fabric damage.
5. Clean and lubricate zippers regularly using vaseline or candle wax.

Things to Remember – 1. Smooth out zipper flaps to prevent water from pooling and seeping through during long rains.
2. Avoid water buildup at folds or the seat area by standing up briefly during rides.
3. Moisture inside may be due to condensation, not leakage – this is a natural effect of temperature differences.
4. The collar is designed for comfort, so tuck it in or wear the hood under your helmet to minimise water entry at the neck.
