• WARRANTY
  • The H2Go Pro 4 Rain Jacket is covered by a 6-month warranty. Retro-reflective panels, trims and logo application are excluded from warranty coverage.
• RETURN
  • This product is eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
• WASH & CARE

  Step 1: Prep

  • Close all velcro and undo zippers and fasteners.
  • Shake off surface dirt and wipe the jacket with a damp cloth. A soft brush may be used where required.

  Step 2: Detergent

  • Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent.
  • Avoid powder detergents, heavily scented detergents, fabric softeners and bleach; as these can affect the water-repellent coating and seam sealing.

  Step 3:  Soak

  • Dissolve a small amount of detergent in a bucket of cold or lukewarm water and soak the jacket until dirt starts coming loose.
  • Avoid hot water.

  Step 4:  Wash & Rinse

  • Wash gently by hand. Do not scrub with hard or abrasive brushes and do not wring the jacket.
  • Rinse thoroughly until all detergent has been removed.

  Step 5:  Dry & Store

  • Hang dry in a cool, ventilated and shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
  • Ensure the jacket is completely dry, inside and out, before storing.

  Step 6 : After A Wet Ride & Between Washes

  • Rinse away mud and road grime with plain water and allow the jacket to air out as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Avoid leaving the jacket compressed while wet — including beneath the motorcycle seat or inside luggage — for extended periods, as this can affect the seam sealing and coating over time.
  • For long-term storage, keep the jacket clean and completely dry, hung in a cool, ventilated, and moisture-free place.
  • Do not fold and store your rain jacket for extended periods of time.

  General

  The water-repellent finish and printed elements are subject to gradual wear through normal use. Following this care guidance helps maintain the jacket’s performance through its service life.
