-All warranty claim requests are to be raised by email on – firstname.lastname@example.org after which Open Road will get back to you on the warranty claim procedure. You may also call any of the contact numbers given on this website in case of further clarification.
-Product warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and the brand / manufacturer / distributor / importer / company has the right to accept or reject a claim at their sole discretion.
-Product warranty is the sole responsibility of the respective brand / manufacturer / distributor / importer / company.
-Open Road cannot be held responsible if a product manufacturer / brand denies or rejects a claim.
-Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.
-Original invoice of the product to be claimed has to be produced to claim warranty.
-Claims without any invoice cannot be entertained.
-Shipping charges (if any) of products to be claimed are to be borne by the customer. Open Road is not liable to ship / transport any items under a warranty claim.
-Products purchased in clearance sales will not be covered under warranty.
