The Saddle Stay for Duke 390/250 is an exclusive, copyright-protected design by Zana Motorcycles, built to provide both functionality and durability. It’s crafted using 4mm steel plates, ensuring optimal rigidity and strength, while cold-rolled powder-coated steel tubes add extra durability, resisting the wear and tear of everyday riding.

Manufactured using precision Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, the Saddle Stay ensures a uniform finish with robust structural integrity. All the necessary mounting hardware, including 100% rust-free stainless steel bolts, is included as standard. Industrial-grade polymer spacers are also included to act as vibration dampeners, enhancing the overall riding experience.

This saddle stay offers a high level of reinforcement with support pipes, ensuring it can carry additional loads when used with top box racks. It is also compatible with Zana’s top box racks and can be installed independently or together with the top box racks for increased load capacity. It provides added protection for the bike’s tail, to a limited extent.

Designed to be pillion-friendly, the Saddle Stay ensures comfort during long rides, while its robust construction makes it suitable for rough terrains. The product comes with a 6-month paint/powder coating warranty (excluding accidental damage). Please note, any modifications will void the warranty.
