KYT R2R Pro Helmet

R2R Pro, full face Helmet of KYT, in which the research of the aerodynamics performance went on in the research of the best shape. The inner comfort joins the building technology to offer the best reliability and safety for the end user.

R2R Pro is designed and produced to obtain the best airflow inside the helmet and to offer the best comfort and aerodynamics values. The cooperation with aeronautical engineers, the use of innovative software and the use of the wind tunnel created a shape right for the aim of this helmet.

• Certification: ECE 22.06 , Indian ISI 

Shell

• Shell produced in ADT-advanced, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes. R2R shell is produced in two sizes: M and L.

Protective Polystyrene 

• Internal polystyrene liner realized in two sizes (M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density.
• This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact.

Visor

• The visor of R2R is PC injected, scratch resistant, optic in class 1 with variable thickness combined with Pinlock Max Vision ready and Sun Visor.
• The hooks and rotation system allows the visor removal without tools.
• Note:
  Pinlock 70 Antifog lens available separately (OPTIONAL)

Ventilation

• Internal Polystyrene liner was studied to work in symbiosis with the air intake on the external shell. Particular channelings, obtained on polystyrene, allow to air flow intake an optimal ventilation into the helmet and a quickly exhaust of the hot air.

Inners 

• The cheek pads and the internal comfort shell can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made of precious bielastic fabric with specific fibers coupled with sponges with open cells for the best air flow in order to keep fresh and dry.
• Dedicated speaker pockets for communication devices.

Retention System

• The retention system used is the ‘Double D-RING‘ in light alloy.
