3. 1 yr Accidental Damage Cover
We hope that you never have an accident. Should you have an accident, we know it can bring physical and financial strain, including costs like bike repairs and new shoes. If your shoes are damaged in an accident, we’ll replace them free of charge within a year.
*This Good-Faith policy only covers accidental damage, not wear & tear, minor damage, or product misuse.
4. Care Instructions (For Oiled Leather)
Use leather Cleaner & Conditioner to prevent dry-out and fading (Eg: Helios Oiled-Leather Cleaner)
- Use CLEAR version for natural look.
- Use BLACK version for darker look. (don’t use black leather conditioner on Red/Grey/Orange color highlights on the shoes)
General Care:
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Don’t get the cloth too wet and don’t rub too hard, all the while ensuring you don’t stain the surface or remove any colour. Oiled and waxed leather get traces or patina after a very short period of usage. That is a desired effect of this type of leather.
Too much moisture results in the growth of mould or fungus. Always store shoes in a cool, dry, and temperature-controlled area for best results.
