- Products/items under free or paid shipping will be shipped by courier companies contracted by Open Road. Alternatively, they will be shipped through Speed Post or India Post postal services.
- Products/items will be shipped to the customer within 3 working days of receiving the complete payment.
- Once dispatched, Open Road is not liable or responsible for any delay in pickup or delivery by the courier company / postal authority since they are beyond our control.
- Urgent delivery or specific shipping instructions will be entertained only if it is communicated to Open Road in advance before placing the order and Open Road should have acknowledged the same before the order is placed.
