-All return / exchange / replacement products that are purchased by the customer must be unused and sent to Open Road (Pune) in its original packing with all the tags, invoices and in original condition. The contents are to be packed and sent in a sturdy box / package to avoid any damage by the courier. Items received in a damaged or dirty condition, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
-Exchange can be done only for change in size. If the size in a required model / product is unavailable, customer may choose from available models / products or wait till the required model is available.
-Shipping charges to and from Open Road (Pune) for any exchange or return will be borne by the customer. Customer has to make sure they use a reputed courier service.
-No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
-In case you would like to report any product damages, please do that within 2 days of receiving the product.
– In rare cases of a return / refund issued by Open Road to the customer, the shipping charges, order processing fees and taxes are non refundable.
– Refunds for any returns if accepted will be processed only after the product is received back at the Open Road return address.
-Any exchange products / items are to be sent back (shipped) to Open Road within 7 days of delivery.
-Exchange of products will be entertained only if they are purchased from Open Road.
-No returns and exchanges for selected products which are on discount sale or clearance sale. For products on sale / clearance, please contact us about the return and exchange applicable before you order. If a certain product description mentions no return / no exchange, that will be strictly followed.
